No, you don’t need to do anything. Your insurance cover stays the same.

No. All of your policies remain valid and effective with the same insurer, coverage, and renewal terms. The only change is administrative. Your Authorised Representative will now be RIB Co Bendigo Pty Ltd T/as Remingtons Insurance Brokers Bendigo instead of Actuate Insurance Broking. Your policies will continue seamlessly under the new arrangement.

If you currently have an open claim, rest assured it will continue to be processed without interruption. The merger does not affect the status or handling of existing claims. You’ll still be supported by the same claims team, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. If there are any updates or changes, we’ll communicate them clearly and promptly.
